Terms of Service

Last updated August 11, 2026

These Terms govern your use of SignatureCraft (“the app”, “the service”), a browser-based email signature builder made available at signaturecraft.vercel.app. By using the app or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SignatureCraft is

SignatureCraft lets you design, preview, and export HTML email signatures entirely in your own browser. Building a signature, using the free template set, exporting the result, generating a QR code, and saving/resuming your work via a shareable link are all free and do not require an account.

The full template library (47 templates; 6 remain free) can be unlocked with a single one-time payment of $19. This is not a subscription — you are never charged again for the same unlock.

2. No account, and what that means for you

SignatureCraft does not have a login system. Your unlock status and saved work are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) or encoded into a shareable URL you control. We do not maintain a customer account database. This gives you privacy, but it also means:

  • If you clear your browser storage or switch devices, you will need to re-activate your license (see the Refund Policy and the in-app “resend my license” recovery flow).
  • We cannot look up “your account” the way a traditional SaaS product could — recovery is handled by matching the email you used at checkout against your purchase record with our payment processor.

3. Payment and licensing

Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, acting as the Merchant of Record for all sales. Paddle handles payment processing, tax collection and remittance, and issues your purchase receipt. SignatureCraft never receives or stores your payment card details.

On successful payment, a cryptographically signed license file is issued to your browser and verified entirely client-side — the app does not phone home to validate your license after activation. Your license entitles you to unlock the full template library for your own personal or business use. It is not transferable and is not a purchase of the underlying software or its source code.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent, forge, or redistribute license files to unlock the product without payment.
  • Use the app to generate signatures for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the service itself.

5. Content you create

Signatures you design (your name, title, contact details, images, links) are your own content. Because the app is client-side, we do not see, store, or transmit that content to any server as part of normal use — the only server interaction in the entire product is the one-time checkout itself.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to ensure exported signatures render correctly across major email clients, but email client rendering varies and we cannot guarantee perfect compatibility in every client or configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes affecting purchased licenses will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.

8. Governing law

SignatureCraft is operated from Greece. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence as an EU consumer.
